Transporting Workers to “The Eureka Moment”


Every hour that passes is an hour in which the ‘eureka’ moment can occur for the new employee. A sensational moment that not only says they've done a great job, but you too. There will be a bandwagon out for the victory dance.



What You are Seeking
Colleagues, that wonderful, but overtly, overly used expression of kinship, partnership, both in the same boat. This eureka moment symbolizes real return on mind capital investment. 

How To Get There
Unfortunately we cannot just sleep on a pile of books and expect to wake up the next morning refreshed in the finer points of air conditioner engineering. Every dimension of job these days has books of theory to support the application, every shape and form of employee, even those on short term contract have a right to this information. Whilst it’s always great if your employee nips down the library and trains themselves, it is your competency that has trained them.

Money
Your units of time and money that, you have afforded to training. Once coming directly from your pocket, now come back to you many times over. You have gambled that they will hit the eureka moment jackpot. In this moment they, ‘know that they know’ how to succeed in your firm, and apply this knowledge to fruition. Now they are a colleague, the essence of what can be true and right about money for labor.

Time
Downtime saw the chunking down of their induction to date. Bit by bit, brick by brick,
the learning has not been ad-hoc. Paperwork is a pain, but you've plotted the chart of
their success in your maintaining a training schedule, giving them the keys to drive their
learning and know, how it is you do what you do.
